Fabulous hot tub buying experience!!! Meredith was amazing to work with. She was exceptionally patient when I wasn't happy with the color we ended up choosing once it was in our yard. She helped me find paint to use to paint the outside of the spa and now that it's done I couldn't be happier! The woman who came to our home to go through all of the chemicals was also very lovely and took the time to go through everything with us - as my husband and I are both new to the world of hot tubs we really appreciated it! We are now going to purchase the side storage pieces they sell so that we can more easily bring out food, drinks, towels, etc. and can access them better!

From the time we came into the store and met Sonny, through delivery and setup, the experience could not have been better. Sonny patiently walked us through the various hot tub products and options, making it easy for us to select the right hot tub for our needs. Delivery and set up was excellent. All in all, a very positive shopping experience. Highly recommend.
